Is there a way to bulk import projects into Brightcove Interactive via csv? Second question, once the projects are created is there a way to bulk import chapters to those projects from a csv file?

You can create projects and add interactive elements at scale using our API (docs here: https://apis.support.brightcove.com/interactivity/references/reference.html#tag/Projects)
At a high level, you’d need to have the CSV set up to ingest the Interactivity metadata (e.g. chapter menu titles, start time, etc) to the property fields that the API is looking for, but it should be possible.
