If you scroll to the top of the community from any page, you’ll see a few options available to you. Let’s define what those are:
Discussions
This is where you ask and share with everyone in the community. Whether it’s sharing best practices, asking product related questions, answering someone else’s questions, etc. Click here to create a post.
Groups
While ‘Discussions’ are based on questions and conversations open to everyone in the community, groups are based on common areas of interest to our customers. Do you have an idea to start a group that you think could help the community? Post your suggestion here.
Events
This is where you will find all the upcoming events, virtual meetups and webinars hosted by Brightcove for its customers. If you want to attend any of the events, simply RSVP and register for it.
Product Updates
On the Community Product Updates page, you can expect to find information about any new feature/product launch, partnership announcements and product enhancement updates. Cherry on the cake, you can subscribe to this page so you are notified when a new update is posted.
Support
This tab will redirect you to our support portal where you can open a new case or follow up with an existing one. If you have a new query, we recommend looking it up in the Bright Spot community first by using the search bar on the homepage. If you cannot find it, then try asking the community and let your peers and product experts in the community help you.
Documentation
This tab will redirect you to our documentation site where you can access a library of articles and documentation related to our products and services.
