Does Brightcove have plans to create a mobile app for Video Cloud?
Hi Tony - Thanks for your question. The majority of users access and use Video Cloud from a desktop device. Considering that, we have not prioritized a Video Cloud mobile app. If you have specific needs or suggestions on how a mobile-first experience would benefit you, we’re more than happy to speak with you and learn more.

What about the responsive mobile view for Video Cloud studio? because currently it’s not 100% user friendly on mobile browser. The work around that suggested by support is to use Brightcove Marketing Studio instead.
Hi Andy and thanks for your note. Yes, the platform (Video Cloud) is mobile responsive, but we acknowledge the experiences can be cumbersome. We recommend users perform tasks on their desktop devices for the best possible experience regardless of which product/package they are using today. If you have additional feedback or requests regarding an app-based experience or mobile responsive experience, we’d be happy to discuss and better understand your requirements.
