Interactivity player loads a cookie consent banner and we want to turn it off

We have a first use of the off-screen chapter experience, and the Hapyak iframe in the player loads a cookie consent banner. How can this be disabled?

Hi all MS PowerPoint allows for embedding videos from certain sources, e.g., YouTube, without inserting them.Is there a way to do this for Brightcove videos?

Videos and Web Filters

Good morning all.  It is my understanding the brightcove host videos for NETACAD, a cisco training site. There are videos that are embedded on the netacad site, that our web filter is blocking. We have the Linewize web filter. I am looking for a URL to unblock in order for these videos to be watchable within our domain. Does anyone know a specific URL for videos hosted by brightcove that I can use to unblock in our filter? I have already added brightcove.com but that did not do the trick.

Display Name

Is it possible to edit the display name of a Brightcove link in a hyperlink? When clicking on “edit hyperlink”, the display name section is greyed out and cannot be edited.

How to start a video with caption track off instead of on

I can’t seem to figure out how to have a video start playing that has a text track without the text track displaying by default. Is there a way to have the video start playing without the captions turned on?

CSP style-src: inline-unsafe

The 'CSP: style-src unsafe-inline' vulnerability indicates that application's Content Security Policy allows the use of inline styles, which can be exploited by attackers. Is there a way to avoid  'CSP: style-src unsafe-inline' with brightcove player?

Hi,I’m really new to this platform, I’ve discovered that the music on the site I would hear on my phone, use this plug in.On my Brave browser, I can listen it, but in other browser don’tI’ve read some documentation but I don’t understand  how to use it.Do it exist a plug-in for my browser? Cue Points not displaying

I’m adding cue points to a video, but the cue point icon is not displaying on the timeline, and after adding a cue point it doesn’t actually appear in the cue point list. So, I have no way of deleting or adding them.What are some possible causes of this that I should be considering? I’m using Firefox browser version 115.9.1esr (64-bit) for Mac EDIT: confirming that this appears to be an issue with Firefox, or at least the ESR version I;m using. The cue points are displayed properly in Chrome 103.0.5060.134 (Official Build) (x86_64) for Mac.

I am not seeing any information in search that comes up with how to prevent downloading of your videos when you share them using a player and iframe on a website.

Group player buttons

I am looking to create an accessibility button for a Brightcove player v7 that groups function under one button.  This button when clicked would give the user access to the closed captioning settings and Described Video settings.  By having them grouped together it keeps the player controls bar cleaner.  How would I do this?

Brightcove embedded player: does it create cookies?

I work at a software company that offers virtual sessions streams.We're integrated lightly with vimeo where we can embed your video player so our customers can host their videos within our product.I have a few cookie/privacy questions:1. Does your embedded player generate any cookies at all?2. If so, does it generate any non-essential cookies that would fall under categories such as usage, marketing, tracking, etc? We are evaluating how we have to handle our privacy/cookie banners that our customers interact with and need to understand any implications to 3rd party code such as the vimeo player.(currently rendered using the React player code on github)

Advanced embed code - allow (or prefer) async support?

When publishing a video, the advanced option provides a snippet along the lines of this:<script src="https://players.brightcove.net/ACCOUNT_ID/PLAYER_ID_default/index.min.js"></script> Does this support the “async”  attribute? If so - Can that be the noted in the embed code? This would greatly help on page load performance.
