Hi Team, I am looking to have a custom control which toggles between 2 video elements in Reactjs app. It adding button but not showing text. I find it really annoying that you folks are making UI changes and are not communicating these changes to your customers.A good example is the searching videos. What happened to the saved searches?There have been other changes which I’m not going to get into now, but it would be helpful if changes are communicated.

Hello everyone, We'd like to integrate our team logo into our videos. The problem is that it's only possible with an image. It's too big and the image revolution is bad. We'd like our logo to match the size of the sotheby's template. Sample video with our oversized logoThank you for your help 

No matter where the cursor is for entering the emailed authentication code, when you type in a number, it goes into the second box, and authentication fails. https://photos.app.goo.gl/5xgroEEKwxQfHuSFAI think this is likely an issue with the customized plugin for access control that we use, possibly a javascript bug. Since the custom plugin we use is based on Brightcove player, I thought it might be worth asking if anyone else has ever encountered something like this.   The developer says it’s a google problem, and Google says talk to the developer, so we have been stymied.  We have sign in with authentication by email to access videos, but in most cases, there’s a magic link that’s the primary method of access. But when it’s a package of videos, sign in is the only way.  Authentication by typing in an emailed code works with every device except Android, and for Android, it’s a problem regardless of which browser is being used. 

I wonder if anyone can offer advice.  Our home gallery https://dbdt.gallery.video/ renders in two columns on my phone.  We’re in a Catalogue Portal template set up by our vendor. I’m starting to look more at how to take more control of how our gallery looks to our patrons.  I’d love it if I could just tweak a setting for the gallery to render in one column on desktops and single column on mobile. This has been pretty easy to control with our regular Wordpress website, so if I could manage it for our video gallery, too, that would be nice.  Two columns is OK, but the short descriptions are so truncated in mobile view, and more and more of our patrons visit on mobile devices. Thanks for any suggestions! John

We are making BrightCove Projects, importing them into BrightCove Experiences, adding a Chapter menu, downloading SCORM, unzipping the file, and adding some extra code since out of the box the SCORM file does not allow videos to go fullscreen. The issue is that the added code does allow the video to go fullscreen, but it appears there are dual Chapters menus. It’s very apparent when you go fullscreen, click the Chapters menu, and then hit escape to make the video it’s original size. You can see two Chapters menus, one that is the size of the fullscreen video and one the size of the original video. Does anyone know why there would be two Chapters menus?

Hello, I work with a custom plugin and it has been noticed recently that we are receiving an error now on recent versions of Brightcove. It seems like it’s related to an update in Video.js versions. Error is:"VIDEOJS: ERROR: Unable to initialize "comscore" plugin: TypeError: Class constructor Ua cannot be invoked without 'new'" Error is reproducible onBrightcove Player Version 7.18.1. (using Video.js Version 8.12.0) Brightcove Player Version 7.21.0. (using Video.js Version 8.14.1)Custom plugin working on Brightcove Player Version 6.67.7. (using Video.js Version 7.21.4) Brightcove Player Version 7.17.2 (Tested earlier, now unavailable in the video cloud, but Video.js Version was 8.11.5 see hereI’m still debugging and trying to investigate on my end, but I was hoping someone had knowledge or suggestions surrounding that Videojs error when using a custom plugin. Can you use Chat and Q/A services in In-player experiences?

I believe one can secure the gallery using SSO,  but what about Okta? will that work?
