We just upgraded to AEM 6.5.21.0 and we're using brightcove_connector.ui.apps-6.0.6. Getting typescript error:  Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '<playerId>_default')

I need an API that allows me to retrieve a list of users with access to my Brightcove account for integration with another system.Currently, there is no built-in option to download a user list from Brightcove Studio.I have access to APIs such as:🔹 https://cms.api.brightcove.com/v1/accounts/{{account_id}}/videos (for video management)However, I couldn’t find an API to list users. AI-generated suggestions like:🔹 https://oauth.brightcove.com/v4/accounts/{account_id}/users🔹 https://cms.api.brightcove.com/v1/accounts/{account_id}/users…do not seem to exist or return errors.Has this functionality been removed?Is there an alternative API to retrieve user access details?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, we are using brightcove in a nextjs app and we are facing the issue that for each video that gets rendered via player-loader it created an additional style tag for the playerId for the dimensions which adds up overtime, as the page is not reloaded on page navigation.<style class=”bc-player-aLEWmlpn9L_default-index-0-video-dimensions”>.bc-player-aLEWmlpn9L_default-index-0{width:640px;height:360px;}.bc-player-aLEWmlpn9L_default-index-0.vjs-fluid:not(.vjs-audio-only-mode){padding-top:56.25%;}<style class=”bc-player-aLEWmlpn9L_default-index-1-video-dimensions”>...<style class=”bc-player-aLEWmlpn9L_default-index-2-video-dimensions”>etc. Is this a case for the support or for the github repo? We don’T want to do the “clean up” task outself, it’s fine that the main css gets loaded only once and stays in the page but this entries really add up if you navigate in video galleries.

Does anyone know of a simple way to publish brightcove content to spotify?

I am unable to log into support portal still, so posting here. Our player put an overlay on https://dbdt.gallery.video/ with access control diverting to forms.  This has disappeared just as our season launch commenced with brochures direct to that gallery, so it’s really important we get that working again.  Not sure if the issue is at Donate2 creator of our player or recent changes you’ve been making.  

On click of video play button, STYLE tag is getting added specific to that player in HEAD tag of our page.Our requirement is to add a CSP Nonce Attribute to that STYLE tags generated by player (example js path: //players.brightcove.net/5807743125001/FHM4NjmJvQ_default/index.min.js).Please let us know how we can add new CSP Nonce attribute.Thanks,Satish

Hi all,New to using Brightcove so bear with me here. My place of employment currently uses Brightcove to play videos on our site and I’ve been tasked with supporting playlists in this component. I have it mostly working (both videos and playlists work independently, using the default player for the videos and a custom player for playlists) but if they’re on the same page together, the second one to come in looks a little funky. Do we have any option to bulk upload the videos in Brightcove?  I can see there is a integration via google drive and dropbox but we don’t have those option in our organization to use.  It would be great if someone can suggest any potential API by using which we can upload the videos programmatically in bulk. Thankyou!

I am using Brightcove connector version 6 + and on /brightcove/admin page I can see a loader icon on the page which doesn't go away.  Have anyone faced this issue and let me know how to rectify this.
