The J&J Science Connect portal uses Brightcove video links to display videos. Recently we noticed that the videos would not play, the loading indicator spins indefinitely, and the content does not play. Upon further inspection we found that the URL has been updated from https://house-fastly-signed-us-east-1-prod.brightcovecdn.com to https://fastly-signed-us-east-1-prod.brightcovecdn.com. To ensure that the videos play correctly, we will have to add https://fastly-signed-us-east-1-prod.brightcovecdn.com to Salesforce trusted URLs. Please confirm if our understanding is correct.
Secondly, since we are a direct users of these URLs, may I please request that we be informed promptly of any changes so that we can accommodate the changes at our end? Please inform the below via email.
