No matter where the cursor is for entering the emailed authentication code, when you type in a number, it goes into the second box, and authentication fails. https://photos.app.goo.gl/5xgroEEKwxQfHuSFAI think this is likely an issue with the customized plugin for access control that we use, possibly a javascript bug. Since the custom plugin we use is based on Brightcove player, I thought it might be worth asking if anyone else has ever encountered something like this. The developer says it’s a google problem, and Google says talk to the developer, so we have been stymied. We have sign in with authentication by email to access videos, but in most cases, there’s a magic link that’s the primary method of access. But when it’s a package of videos, sign in is the only way. Authentication by typing in an emailed code works with every device except Android, and for Android, it’s a problem regardless of which browser is being used.

Hello, When I upgrade the Brightcove native SDK to version to 9.0/9.2 with Android 14 configuration and Gradle 8.7 we an error. Looking at the native sdk docs it looks like Gradle 8 is not supported yet.I was wondering when this will be supported?From the docs linked above...Notes: Brightcove recommends always using the latest version with a specific version string. For example, review the build.gradle and gradle.properties files in the android-player-samples project. The ExoPlayer dependency includes the Native SDK for Android, so you do not have to include the SDK separately. Google's ExoPlayer is an open source, application-level media player for Android. Notice that we are using the ExoPlayer 2 framework. For details, see the Migrating to ExoPlayer 2 Framework document. Android Studio uses Gradle version 8+ and the SDK does not support it yet. Downgrade Gradle to v7.1.3 by changing in the build.gradle(PlayVideos) file In the Gradle Scripts.
I wonder if anyone can offer advice. Our home gallery https://dbdt.gallery.video/ renders in two columns on my phone. We’re in a Catalogue Portal template set up by our vendor. I’m starting to look more at how to take more control of how our gallery looks to our patrons. I’d love it if I could just tweak a setting for the gallery to render in one column on desktops and single column on mobile. This has been pretty easy to control with our regular Wordpress website, so if I could manage it for our video gallery, too, that would be nice. Two columns is OK, but the short descriptions are so truncated in mobile view, and more and more of our patrons visit on mobile devices. Thanks for any suggestions! John
Hi, I don’t see how to edit the “1 of 1” campaign video for 9:16 format for my IG stories. I just see the regular “Vertical” format. It’s saying the other sizes are unavailable. *Would like to add in my own footage. Any help? Thanks!
We are making BrightCove Projects, importing them into BrightCove Experiences, adding a Chapter menu, downloading SCORM, unzipping the file, and adding some extra code since out of the box the SCORM file does not allow videos to go fullscreen. The issue is that the added code does allow the video to go fullscreen, but it appears there are dual Chapters menus. It’s very apparent when you go fullscreen, click the Chapters menu, and then hit escape to make the video it’s original size. You can see two Chapters menus, one that is the size of the fullscreen video and one the size of the original video. Does anyone know why there would be two Chapters menus?

I’ve completed the video but it will NOT let me post to social media or transition this video from a horizontal video to a tall story/reel (have of video is cut off). Where do I begin?
