Focus Group Discussion: Transcription Editing

As useful as automatic transcription is, we all know that it does not have a 100% accuracy rate, and even manual transcripts can have small errors that go unnoticed until later. Brightcove is building an in-app editing tool to help streamline the transcription process and lower the barriers to using this valuable tool in your business. Join our Product Manager @Patrick Farley  and other Brightcove customers to share your feedback and help unlock the potential of generated transcripts.
