Interactivity related: When using chapters, can you select a frame thats shown before the chapter begins? For example when working in pharma, the prescribing info for a drug must always be seen. So, if we had chapters, can we make it so the video freezes on the part where the prescribing info shows first and then it can proceed with the chapter selected?

Perhaps that you can try to use “Time Triggered Action” to pause the video.

Or can display the prescribing info by using the embed form, so the user is able to view the prescribing  info and watch the video instead of pausing it.
