Video not loading after rendering

I got this message:

No renditions are available.

If this resource was uploaded recently, it may still be processing. Check again later.

 

But when I go to my page, I see a red triangle with an exclamation mark

Thank you for sharing your questions on Bright Spot!

There are several reasons why your video is not creating video renditions on the Video Cloud platform. 

Here is a public documentation of the different methods of uploading a video, recommendations and limitations: https://studio.support.brightcove.com/media/manage/uploading-videos-using-upload-module.html

I would recommend you to double check your network connection, as well as try to upload videos from a different network. 

Also if you are using a VPN this may be limiting your video upload.

If you are trying to uploading large files, Brightcove recommends setting the Upload Queueing setting to Upload one file at a time.

If you continue to have problems please open a ticket with the support team and provide evidence. 

Please let me know if by following any of these steps you managed to upload your video.
