Good morning all.
It is my understanding the brightcove host videos for NETACAD, a cisco training site. There are videos that are embedded on the netacad site, that our web filter is blocking. We have the Linewize web filter. I am looking for a URL to unblock in order for these videos to be watchable within our domain. Does anyone know a specific URL for videos hosted by brightcove that I can use to unblock in our filter? I have already added brightcove.com but that did not do the trick.

Additionally, cross-check the Network/HAR file to identify any Brightcove related domains that need to be whitelisted.

I would suggest trying key domains for Brightcove with Wilcards that belong to the live product, for example:
*.bcovlive.io, live.brightcove.com
