EMERGENCY SUPPORT REQUEST Player overlay disappeared from our gallery

I am unable to log into support portal still, so posting here. Our player put an overlay on https://dbdt.gallery.video/ with access control diverting to forms.  This has disappeared just as our season launch commenced with brochures direct to that gallery, so it’s really important we get that working again.  Not sure if the issue is at Donate2 creator of our player or recent changes you’ve been making.

This was an issue with a Stream2 setting, not a Brightcove thing.  The solution, in case any others run into this issue and search this forum, is that Brightcove Overall Protection in Stream2 (Donate2) must have a form selected.  This issue actually happened to us two years ago, and we made a DO NOT ARCHIVE Stream2 form to hold the place then, but somehow by someone or a ghost, that setting was flipped to none.  Once we reselected any form, everything went back to as it should be.
