Is there a way to generate a report that provide individual viewer metrics by each viewer account or id? Is that a feature or module that needs to be enabled? Can not figure out how to access this vital information. Please advise if you have any knowledge or insight.

+2Yes, Brightcove offers viewer-level analytics that provide detailed stats per viewer.
You can set a custom viewer_id to associate analytics data with specific users.
This allows tracking metrics such as video views, engagement, and completion by individual viewers.
The data can be queried via the Analytics API using dimension=viewer.
