Is there any way to generate a report and export into a spreadsheet all the videos that I have in my account, including the folder name and the date the video was last viewed?

I can view this on screen, but I can’t find an option to export what I’m seeing.  Basically, all the columns I can view on screen in the “video” listing under “Media,” exported into a spreadsheet.
