Can you reformat a 16x9 video frame within Brightcove before publishing to a social media destination, let's say for a YouTube Short or IG Reel where the frame is 9x16?

To reformat a video frame is not as easy as the number 16x9 to 9x16. It’s still best to do it manually from the raw file, because the main person or object need to be centered.
As far as I am aware there is currently no way to do this.
