We have over 200 registered users in our organization. It would be helpful to be able to email the group with best practice reminders etc. I see where I can see all the users in User Management, and I suppose I could copy/paste each individual email but is there an easier way to collate everyone’s email?

Anyone else having issues accessing Video Cloud? I can log in, but can’t play a video.  My colleague (at a different IP address) can’t even login. He gets a 504. 

When searching for videos in the media module, do you have use cases that would require searching within a specific video (i.e video transcript) to then be taken to the timestamp of the video that is related to your search? Yes/No? If yes, please provide details about your use case

Hello, When I upgrade the Brightcove native SDK to version to 9.0/9.2 with Android 14 configuration and Gradle 8.7 we an error. Looking at the native sdk docs it looks like Gradle 8 is not supported yet.I was wondering when this will be supported?From the docs linked above...Notes: Brightcove recommends always using the latest version with a specific version string. Is it possible to use the JS Statement in the Display Rule of a Chapters Menu annotation to get the completionStatus from the LMS SCORM API?  f the status is “completed,” I want to display the Chapters Menu at the beginning of the video.Will I need to add code to the scorm_api_wrapper.js to make this work?

Our videos often have an intro slide/frame during the first few seconds (or more) of the video. Is there a way to set the default Poster and Thumbnail capture to a specific timestamp?For example, the ingest profile would always use the frame at 00:02 as the default poster/thumbnail.This would save us a few clicks (especially since we’re syncing most videos from an outside location rather than directly into BC).Thanks!

I noticed the ability to download a video file exists in video cloud, but the highest resolution available is 720p. Is it possible to download the original hi-res file from video cloud?

I need a 100% viewing for a passing grade. Brightcove Support says that It is “not possible to eliminate the giant Header and submit button,” when displayed in the LMS. That header creates a situation where the viewer may not even see the top of the video, where a continue button is displayed to release a gated annotation.  Any advice would be helpful as Support has ignored my requests for further disccusion.

I had a quick question. After publishing several videos lately to my team shortly after the link says “Page Not Found” am I doing something wrong that’s causing the video link to expire so quickly?

“VPN/Proxy detection is enabled by default when geo-filtering is activated”Clarifying question - does this mean that when we have geofiltering enabled and we are only allowing US playback rights that if someone is living in Spain and has VPN set to America that Brightcove can detect this VPN use and block playback?

Interactivity related: When using chapters, can you select a frame thats shown before the chapter begins? For example when working in pharma, the prescribing info for a drug must always be seen. So, if we had chapters, can we make it so the video freezes on the part where the prescribing info shows first and then it can proceed with the chapter selected?

Can I publish more than one video to social media at a time?
